生物活性

R-HP210 acts on theNF-κBmediated tethered transrepression function (IC₅₀=3.80 μM). R-HP210 represses the LPS-induced transcription of a variety of proinflammatory genes such as IL-1β,IL-6andCOX-2. R-HP210 does not induce the transactivation functions of Glucocorticoids (GCs)^[1].
