VEGFR-2/BRAF-IN-2 (Compound 4a) is a dualVEGFR-2andBRAFkinases inhibitor withIC₅₀values of 0.111, 0.089 and 0.071 μM against VEGFR-2,BRAF^V600EandBRAF^WT, respectively. VEGFR-2/BRAF-IN-2 inducesapoptosisand arrests the cell cycle mainly in the G1 phase^[1].
