VEGFR-2/BRAF-IN-1 (Compound 4b) is a dualVEGFR-2andBRAFkinases inhibitor withIC₅₀values of 0.049, 0.063 and 0.005 μM against VEGFR-2,BRAF^V600EandBRAF^WT, respectively. VEGFR-2/BRAF-IN-1 inducesapoptosisand arrests the cell cycle mainly in the G1/S phase^[1].
