Shizukaol B is a lindenane-type dimeric sesquiterpene, used to be isolated from the whole plant of Chloranthus henryi. Shizukaol B has anti-inflammatory effect against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced activation of BV2 microglial cells. Shizukaol B inhibitsiNOSandCOX-2, and suppresses NO production,TNF-α, andIL-1βexpression^[1].

Shizukaol B (25 μM; 0-60 min) 抑制 LPS (1 μg/mL; 0-60 min) 介导的 c-Jun N 末端激酶 1/2 (JNK) 激活，不影响 ERK1/2 或 p38 磷酸化^[1]。
