microRNA-21-IN-1 (compound 7A) 是一种高效的microRNA抑制剂。microRNA-21-IN-1 对 Hela 和 HCT-116 细胞具有抗增殖活性，IC₅₀分别为 5.5 μM 和 2.8 μM，也能促进 Hela 细胞凋亡 (apoptosis)。microRNA-21-IN-1上调 microRNA-21 下游功能靶点 (PTEN、 EGR1、SLIT2) 的表达。microRNA-21-IN-1 可用于抗癌研究。

生物活性	microRNA-21-IN-1 (compound 7A) is an efficientmicroRNAinhibitor. microRNA-21-IN-1 has antiproliferative activity against Hela and HCT-116 cells withIC₅₀s of 5.5 μM and 2.8 μM respectively, as well as promotesapoptosisof Hela cells. microRNA-21-IN-1 upregulates the expression of microRNA-21 downstream functional targets (PTEN, EGR1 and SLIT2). microRNA-21-IN-1 can be used for researching anticancer^[1].
