生物活性

HDAC1/6-IN-1 (compound D7) is a potent multitarget inhibitor ofGLP,HDAC6andHDAC1, withIC₅₀values of 1.3, 13, and 89 nM, respectively. HDAC1/6-IN-1 can inhibit the methylation and deacetylation of H3K9 on protein level. HDAC1/6-IN-1 inducescancercellapoptosis, G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, and blocks migration and invasion^[1].
