Aspidin BB is a phloroglucinol derivative, which can be isolated from the aerial part ofDryopteris championii. Aspidin BB has anticancer activity. Aspidin BB induces cell cycle arrest andapoptosisin human ovarian HO-8910 cells^[1]^[2].

Aspidin BB (0-100 μM, 24-72 h) 以剂量和时间依赖性方式显着抑制 HO-8910 细胞增殖。处理 72、48 和 24 小时后IC₅₀值分别为 15.02、25.79 和 68.81 μM^[1]。
Aspidin BB 抑制 Bcl-2 表达并增强 Bax 表达以破坏线粒体外膜，然后引起细胞色素 c 释放导致效应 caspase-3 激活，并进一步切割细胞核中的聚 ADP-核糖聚合酶 (PARP)，最终诱导细胞凋亡^[1]。
Aspidin BB 通过上调 pRb、E2F1、CDK2、细胞周期蛋白 E 和细胞周期蛋白 A 蛋白在 HO-8910 细胞中引起 S 期阻滞^[1]。
