DC4SMe, a phosphate prodrug of cytotoxic DNA alkylator DC4, can be used in the synthesis of Antibody-drug Conjugate (ADC). DC4SMe exhibits IC₅₀s of 1.9 nM, 2.9 nM, and 1.8 nM for Ramos, Namalwa, and HL60/scancercells, respectively. DC4SMe can be used for the targeted treatment ofcancer^[1].
