Antiparasitic agent-2 (compound 8a) 对婴儿利什曼原虫 (L. infantum)和克氏锥虫 (T. cruzi)具有较高的抗寄生活性，IC₅₀分别为 7.28 μM 和 2.30 μM。Antiparasitic agent-2 对癌细胞 HepG2 也具有一定的细胞毒性 (CC₅₀= 26.79 μM)。

生物活性

Antiparasitic agent-2 (compound 8a) has highly antiparasitic activity againstLeishmaniainfantum(L. infantum)andTrypanosomacruzi(T. cruzi)withIC₅₀s of 7.28 μM and 2.30 μM, respectively. Antiparasitic agent-2 also has certain cytotoxicity against HepG2 (CC₅₀= 26.79 μM)^[1].
