Danofloxacin shows a broad spectrum of activity against mostGram-negativeandGram-positive bacteria,mycoplasmaandchlamydia species, and plays an antimicrobial role by inhibition ofbacterialDNA-gyrase. Danofloxacinh has the potential for respiratory diseases in cattle, swine, and chickens treatment^[1]^[2].
