生物活性

Mitochondrial respiration-IN-3 is the fluorine derivative of Dalfopristin (HY-A0241). Mitochondrial respiration-IN-3 has cell membrane-permeable. Mitochondrial respiration-IN-3 can inhibitmitochondrial translationof glioblastoma stem cells. Mitochondrial respiration-IN-3 can be used in research ofcancer[1].

Mitochondrial respiration-IN-3 ((16R)-1e; 48 h; COMI 细胞) 抑制细胞生长，GI50值为 6.73 μM[1]。
Mitochondrial respiration-IN-3 (100 μM; 3 h; COMI 细胞) 具有良好的细胞膜渗透性，与 Dalfopristin 相比增加了渗透性[1]。
