生物活性	(+)-Guaiacin is a compound extracted of the bark ofMachilus wangchianaChun. (Lauraceae). (+)-Guaiacin shows potent in vitro activities against the release of β-glucuronidase in rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) induced by platelet-activating factor (PAF)^[1].
