Difelikefalin (CR-845; FE-202845) is a peripherally restricted and selective agonist ofkappaopioid receptor(KOR). Difelikefalin produces anti-inflammatory effects and has the potential in modulating pruritus in conditions such as chronic kidney disease^[1][2].
