生物活性	[Nle13]-Motilin, a motilin analogue, is amotilin receptoragonist^[1]^[2].
体外研究 (In Vitro)	[Nle13]-Motilin (0.1-30 nM, 15 min) increases the amplitude of electrically-evoked, neuronally-mediated contractions in the isolated gastric antrum^[1]. [Nle13]-Motilin (0.3 μM, 10 min) induces a moderate increase in spontaneous contractility in the stomach^[2].
