tri-GalNAc biotin is a small molecule lysosome targeting degrader. tri-GalNAc is a ligand ofASGPR(asialoglycoprotein receptor). tri-GalNAc biotin can facilitate the uptake of NeutrAvidin (NA) through ASGPR in liver cells. tri-GalNAc biotin delivers NeutrAvidin to lysosome for degradation. tri-GalNAc biotin can be used for research of LYsosome TArgeting Chimera (LYTAC)^[1].
