生物活性

Pedunculagin is a potent5α-reductase type 1inhibitor. Pedunculagin inhibits nitric oxide (NO),IL-6,IL-8production. Pedunculagin decreases the protein expression of 5α-reductase. Pedunculagin shows anti-inflammatory activity^[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Pedunculagin 在 RAW 246.7 细胞中抑制一氧化氮 (NO) 的产生，IC₅₀值为 53.52 μM^[1]。
Pedunculagin 在 HaCaT 细胞中抑制 IL-6、IL-8 的产生，IC₅₀分别为 6.59、0.09 μM^[1]。
Pedunculagin (25, 50, 100 μM; 24 h) 降低 HaCaT 细胞中 5α-还原酶的蛋白表达^[1]。
