Calmodulin antagonist-1 (W-7) 是一种钙调素(CaM)拮抗剂。Calmodulin antagonist-1抑制钙调素激活的 Ca²⁺-磷酸二酯酶 (IC₅₀=28 μM)。Calmodulin antagonist-1 以竞争方式抑制胰蛋白酶处理的 Ca²⁺-磷酸二酯酶 (IC₅₀=375 μM)，与cGMP 相关，K_i值为 300 μM。

生物活性	Calmodulinantagonist-1 (W-7) is acalmodulin(CaM)antagonist.Calmodulinantagonist-1 inhibits calmodulin-activated Ca²⁺-phosphodiesterase (PDE) (IC₅₀=28 μM).Calmodulinantagonist-1 also inhibits trypsin-treated Ca²⁺-PDE (IC₅₀=375 μM) in a competitive fashion with respect to cyclic GMP and the K_ivalue is 300 μM^[1].
