ML SI3 (ML-SI3) is an antagonist of the TRPML family of calcium channels. It exhibits highest activity against the TRPML1 channel, but also blocks the related TRPML2 and TRPML3 channels with lower affinity. ML-SI3 inhibits TRPML1 and TRPML2 with IC50s of 4.7 μM and 1.7 μM, respectively.
