Upacicalcet 是一种静脉内拟钙剂。Upacicalcet 通过直接作用于甲状旁腺细胞膜钙敏感受体来抑制过量的甲状旁腺激素 (PTH) 分泌，从而降低血液中的 PTH 水平。Upacicalcet 可用于研究继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症 (SHPT)。

生物活性	Upacicalcet is an intravenous calcimimetic agent. Upacicalcet suppresses excessive parathyroid hormone (PTH) secretion, thereby lowering blood PTH levels, by acting directly on parathyroid cell membrane calcium-sensing receptors. Upacicalcet can be used for researching the disease of secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT)^[1].
