BOS-172722 is an inhibitor of monopolar spindle 1 (MPS1) checkpoint with an IC₅₀of 2 nM. BOS-172722 also has potential for the treatment of various forms of breast cancer^[1].

体内研究
(In Vivo)

BOS-172722 shows excellent PK in mouse, rat, and dog^[1].
BOS-172722 (50 mg/kg) results in an increased suppression of MPS1 autophosphorylation at 6 and 24 h^[1].

Animal Model:	Dog^[2].
Dosage:	1 mg/kg (iv), 5 mg/kg (po) (Pharmacokinetic Analysis).
Administration:	IV and PO.
Result:	T1/2 = 12 h, Cmax_po= 7770 nmol/L, AUC_po= 147035 h*nmol/L.
