Dynole 34-2 是一种dynamin GTPase抑制剂(对 dynamin 1 和 dynamin 2 GTPase 活性的IC₅₀s 分别为 6.9 和 14.2 μM)，具有抗有丝分裂的作用。Dynole 34-2 诱导细胞凋亡，如细胞空泡、DNA断裂和PARP剪切。Dynole 34-2 也能有效抑制受体介导的内吞作用 (RME)。

生物活性	Dynole 34-2 is adynaminGTPaseinhibitor (IC₅₀s=6.9 and 14.2 μM for dynamin1 and dynamin2 GTPase activity, respectively) with antimitotic effect. Dynole 34-2 inducesapoptosis, as revealed by cell blebbing, DNA fragmentation, andPARPcleavage^[1]. Dynole 34-2 also potently inhibits receptor mediated endocytosis (RME)^[2].
