L5-DA 是一种 G-四链体(G4)配体，选择性稳定 G4s。L5-DA 对 HeLa 细胞具有显著的细胞毒性 (IC₅₀=4.3 μM)。L5-DA 稳定 HeLa 细胞中的 G4s，诱导细胞凋亡 (apoptosis) 和细胞周期阻滞。

生物活性	L5-DA is aG-quadruplex(G4)ligand and selectively stabilized for G4s over ds26. L5-DA exhibits significant cytotoxicity against HeLa cells (IC₅₀=4.3 μM). L5-DA stabilizes G4s in HeLa cells, inducesapoptosis, and cell cycle arrest^[1].
