ICy-Q is a quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO-1)-activated near-infrared (NIR) reagent which can react with NQO-1 to release the reduction product ICy-OH. ICy-OH selectively induces pancreaticcancercell death through thepyroptosispathway.
