生物活性	Briobacept (BR 3FC) is a selective human monoclonal antibody targeting toBLyS(BAFF), induces B cellsapoptosis. Briobacept is a recombinant glucoprotein, consists of 2 molecules from the BLyS receptor (BR3)and a Fc domain of humanIgG1. Briobacept can be used in studies of rheumatoid arthritis (RA)^[1]^[2].

体外研究 (In Vitro)	Briobacept blocks circulating BLyS, thus inhibiting B cell activation and promoting B cell apoptosis^[3].
体内研究 (In Vivo)	Briobacept (100 μg/mouse; i.p.; for 5 d) inhibits basal NF-κB2 activation in wild-type mice^[4]. Briobacept (100 μg/mouse; i.p.; 3 times per week for 5 weeks) inhibits p52 generation and development of spontaneous lupus-like disease in NZB/WF1 mice^[4].
