11-Oxomogroside II A1 (化合物 7) 是一种氧化葫芦苷。它能够从罗汉果果实的乙醇提取物中分离得到。11-Oxomogroside II A1 对 12-O-十四烷酰基激素-13-乙酸酯 (TPA) 诱导的 Epstein-Barr 病毒 (EBV) 早期抗原 (EBV-EA) 活化有抑制作用。11-Oxomogroside II A1 也对一氧化氮 (NO) 供体 (+/-)-(E)-甲基-2-[(E)羟基亚氨基]-5-硝基-6-甲氧基-3-己酰胺 (NOR 1) 的活化显示出微弱的抑制作用。

生物活性	11-Oxomogroside II A1 (compound 7) is an oxidized cucurbitin. It can be isolated from the ethanol extract of Rohanberry fruit. 11-Oxomogroside II A1 inhibits the activation of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) early antigen (EBV-EA) induced by 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA). 11-Oxomogroside II A1 also weakly inhibits the activation of (±)-(E)-methyl-2-[(E)-hydroxyimino]-5-nitro-6-methoxy-3-hexemide (NOR 1), a nitric oxide (NO) donor^[1].
