Dihydrocytochalasin B (H2CB) 是一种细胞分裂抑制剂，会改变细胞的形态，类似于细胞松弛素 B；不抑制葡萄糖转运。二氢细胞松弛素 B (H2CB) 破坏肌动蛋白结构并抑制生长因子刺激 DNA 合成的能力，可逆地阻止 DNA 合成的启动。二氢细胞松弛素 B (H2CB) 抑制主动钙转运并导致黏膜刮屑中的 Ca2+ 增加。

产品描述	Dihydrocytochalasin B (H2CB) is a Cytokinesis inhibitor and changes the morphology of the cells, similar to that of cytochalasin B; does not inhibit glucose transport[1]. Dihydrocytochalasin B (H2CB) disrupts the actin structure and inhibits the ability of growth factors to stimulate DNA synthesis, reversibly blocks initiation of DNA synthesis[2].
