Btk inhibitor 1 R enantiomer (Ibrutinib analog) (Compound 14) is a covalent and irreversible Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor and can be used in synthesis of Ibrutinib and ibrutinib-based activity-based probes (ABPs)[1].
