Background:

CAY10740 is an analog of the protein arginine deiminase 4 (PAD4) inhibitor GSK484 .¹It decreases the viability of 4T1 cells by 85 and 98% when used at concentrations of 5 and 10 μM, respectively, which is more than five-fold as effective as GSK484.
