Background:
1-Stearoyl-2-linoleoyl-3-oleoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains stearic acid , linoleic acid , and oleic acid at the sn-1, sn-2, and sn-3 positions, respectively. It has been found in poppy seed, maize, and evening primrose oils.1
