RS-102895 is a novel and potent chemokine receptor CCR2 antagonist with an IC50 of 360 nM, it shows no effect on CCR1. RS-102895 HCl blocks MCP-1-stimulated calcium influx and chemotaxis with IC50 values of 32 nM and 1.7 μM respectively. It also inhibits α1A, α1D and 5-HT1A receptors.
