生物活性	Chitotriose trihydrochloride is an orally active chitooligosaccharide with antioxidant activities. Chitotriose trihydrochloride inhibits hydroxylation of benzoate to salicylate by H₂O₂in the presence of Cu²⁺(IC₅₀value of 80 μM)^[1].
