Aspoxicillin is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent against 68 isolates of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae with anMIC₉₀value of<= 0.05 μg/ml. Aspoxicillin has a long half-life in mouse serum of 55 minutes^[1]^[2].
