生物活性

Futoquinol is a neolignan isolated from the dried aerial parts ofPiper kadsura(Piperaceae). Futoquinol potently inhibits NO production in microglia cells. Futoquinol has anti-neuroinflammatory activities[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Futoquinol potently inhibits NO production with an IC50value of 16.8 μM in LPS-activated BV-2 cells, a microglia cell line[1].
