生物活性

Substance P(1-4) is a potentneurokinin receptors (NK-R)antagonist. Substance P(1-4) has regulation of normal hematopoiesis and inhibits endogenous erythroid colony (EEC) formation^[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Substance P(1-4) (0.1 nM-1 μM) inhibits endogenous erythroid colony (EEC) formation in PV bone marrow cultures^[1].
Substance P(1-4) (0.1 nM-1 μM; CD36+/GpA- cells) decreases of erythroid colony numbers of 47% and inhibits proliferation of PV CD36+/GpA- cells of 30 %^[1].
