生物活性

Eleutherobin is a potentβ-microtubuleinhibitor with anIC₅₀value of 2 μM. Eleutherobin can be isolated from a marine soft coral. Eleutherobin has cytotoxic activity againstcancercells with similar potency to that ofPaclitaxel(HY-B0015). Anticancer activity^[1]^[2].
