Bepridil ((±)-Bepridil) 是一种钙离子通道 (calcium channel) 阻滞剂，用于抗心律失常。Bepridil 对钙、钠电流均有抑制作用，在某些缺血性室性心律失常中具有研究潜力。Bepridil 对 SARS-CoV-2 进入 Vero E6 和 A549 细胞内复制也有较强的抑制作用。

生物活性	Bepridil ((±)-Bepridil) is acalcium channelblocking agent used as antiarrhythmic agent. Bepridil inhibits both calcium and sodium currents, has research potential in certain ischemia-induced ventricular arrhythmias. Bepridil also has strong inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 from entry and replication inside Vero E6 and A549 cells^[1]^[2].
