生物活性	Rauwolscine is a selectiveα2-adrenoceptorantagonist that inhibits tumor growth and inducesapoptosis^[1].
体内研究 (In Vivo)	Rauwolscine (0.5 mg/kg, daily) 通过增强细胞凋亡和减少细胞增殖来减少 Balb/c 雌性小鼠的肿瘤生长^[1]。 Rauwolscine (i.v., 2.24 mg/kg) 能明显释放大鼠的舔食冲突反应，类似于α受体激动剂 clonidine (0.022 mg/kg) 和benzodiazepine diazepam (0.5 mg/kg)^[2]。
