生物活性	SRTCX1002 is a potent activator ofSIRT1(STAC), suppresses inflammatory responses through promotion of p65 deacetylation and inhibition ofNF-κBActivity. SRTCX1002 suppresses stimuli-inducedNF-κBtranscriptional activation and LPS-induced TNFα secretion with IC₅₀s of 0.71 and 7.58 μM, respectively^[1].
