6,8-Diprenylnaringenin (Lonchocarpol A; Senegalensin) 是一种啤酒花异戊二烯黄酮类化合物，是乳腺癌抗性蛋白 (ABCG2) 的抑制剂。具有一定的雌激素作用，但其效力不到 8-Prenylnaringenin 的 1%。在 HEK293 细胞中抑制 ABCG2 介导的 Mitoxantrone 流出和³H-Methotrexate 转运 (IC₅₀=0.41 μM)。Prenylnaringenin 具有一定的雌激素作用，但其效力不到 8-Prenylnaringenin 的 1%。

生物活性	6,8-Diprenylnaringenin (Lonchocarpol A; Senegalensin), a hop prenylflavonoid, is a inhibitor ofbreastcancerresistance protein (BCRP/ABCG2). 6,8-Diprenylnaringenin inhibits ABCG2-mediated efflux of Mitoxantrone, and³H-Methotrexate transport (IC₅₀=0.41 μM) in HEK293 cells. 6,8-Diprenylnaringenin exhibits some estrogenicity, but its potency is less than 1% of that of 8-Prenylnaringenin^[1]^[2].
