Sauristolactam是从Saururus chinensis的气相部分分离得到的天然马兜铃内酰胺，对原代培养大鼠皮层细胞谷氨酸诱导的毒性具有显著的神经保护作用。Sauristolactam 还能抑制 RANKL 诱导的破骨细胞生成，并有抑制破骨细胞分化的潜力。

生物活性	Sauristolactam, a natural aristolactam isolated from aerial portions ofSaururus chinensis, has significant neuroprotective activity against glutamate-induced toxicity in primary cultured rat cortical cells^[1]. Sauristolactam also inhibits the receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL)-induced osteoclastogenesis and has the potential to inhibit osteoclast differentiation^[2].
