体外研究
(In Vitro)

Isocupressic acid (1-1000 ng/mL; 4 h) inhibits basal and ovine luteinizing hormone (oLH) stimulating secretion of progesterone in bovine luteal cells without cell death[1].
Isocupressic acid inhibits progesterone production by blocking oLH and cAMP actions at the cellular level of luteal cells[1].
