Schisantherin D 是从Schisandra sphenanthera果实中分离出来的一种木脂素。Schisantherin D 具有抗HIV复制活性，EC₅₀为 0.5 μg/mL。Schisantherin D 抑制内皮素受体B（ETBR）并具有保肝作用。

生物活性	Schisantherin D is a dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan isolated from the fruit ofSchisandra sphenanthera. Schisantherin D shows anti-HIVreplication activities with anEC₅₀of 0.5 μg/mL. Schisantherin D inhibitsendothelin receptorB (ETBR) and has hepatoprotective effects^[1]^[2].
