VEGFR-2-IN-14 (Compound 5) shows cytotoxic activities with IC₅₀values of 9.7 ± 0.75 μM and 8.8 ± 0.69 μM against MCF-7 and HepG2 cells, respectively^[1].
VEGFR-2-IN-14 shows VEGFR-2 inhibitory effects with concentrations of 610.4 pg/ml^[1].
