MRS2395 是一种二戊酰衍生物，是一种有效的P2Y12受体拮抗剂。MRS2395 抑制 ADP 诱导的血小板活化，K_i为 3.6 μM。MRS2395 在 PGE1 存在下抑制大鼠血小板中 ADP 诱导的 cAMP，IC₅₀为 7 μM。MRS2395 增强血小板致密颗粒释放以响应 TRAP-6。

生物活性	MRS2395, an dipivaloyl derivative, is a potentP2Y12receptor antagonist. MRS2395 inhibits ADP-induced platelet activation with a K_iof 3.6 μM. MRS2395 inhibits cAMP induced by ADP in rat platelets in the presence of PGE1 with an IC₅₀of 7 μM. MRS2395 enhances platelet dense granule release in response to TRAP-6^[1]^[2].
