Dacarbazine hydrochloride is a cell cycle nonspecificantineoplasticalkylating agent. Dacarbazine hydrochloride inhibits T and B lymphoblastic response, withIC₅₀values of 50 and 10 μg/mL, respectively. Dacarbazine hydrochloride can be used for the research of metastatic malignant melanoma^[1]^[2].
