Cetrorelix is a potentgonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH)antagonist. Cetrorelix inhibits the endogenous luteinizing hormone surge during ovarian stimulation. Cetrorelix reduces cyclophosphamide induced ovarian follicular destruction in mice^[1][2].
