Nafamostat, a synthetic serine protease inhibitor, is an anticoagulant. Nafamostat supresses T cell auto-reactivity by decreasing granzyme activity and CTL cytolysis. Nafamostat blocks activation of SARS-CoV-2^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4].
