体内研究
(In Vivo)

Desoxypeganine (10-30 mg/kg，灌胃，每天一次，连续 16 天) 剂量依赖性地降低乙醇摄入量和乙醇偏好^[1]。

Animal Model:	Female Alko alcohol (AA) rats (Thirty eight adult)^[1]
Dosage:	10, 20, 30 mg/kg
Administration:	Gavage, once daily in a volume of 10 ml/kg at 6:00 pm, for 16 days
Result:	Abolished ethanol preference.
