Epibetulinic acid 作用于用细菌内毒素刺激的小鼠巨噬细胞 (RAW 264.7)，抑制NO和前列腺素 E2 (PGE2) 产生，IC₅₀分别为 0.7 和 0.6 μM。具有抗炎活性。

生物活性

Epibetulinic acid exhibits potent inhibitory effects onNOand prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) production in mouse macrophages (RAW 264.7) stimulated withbacterialendotoxin withIC₅₀s of 0.7 and 0.6 μM, respectively. Anti-inflammatory activity^[1].
