生物活性	(-)-Curine is an orally active bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloid isolated fromChondrodendron platyphyllum. (-)-Curine presents anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects at nontoxic doses, at least in part, resulting from the inhibition ofprostaglandin E2production^[1].
